Jessica Roisier
Jessica Roisier joined the European Institute of Peace in April 2018 as the Human Resources Officer. She brings with her over 9 years in the field of human resources working on a full spectrum of administrative and human resources management, ranging from recruitment and administration to employee development. Prior to her work at EIP, she worked in Human Resources for 6 years with Doctors without Borders (MSF) in several missions in high risk and complex environments. Her role involved supporting both international and local staff. Her interests lie in organizational development and employee well-being while driving to achieve the organisation’s goals in a smooth way.
