Rouchen Kurdi
Rouchen Kurdi joined the European Institute of Peace in April 2020 as the Grants Management Officer. In 2023, she has taken on the position of Senior Grants Management & Compliance Officer.
Rouchen has an extensive background in grants management mainly in humanitarian response contexts. Her experience includes proposal development, grants and financial management, donor (institutional or private) and organizational compliance, donor and government liaison, as well as project management, often in multi-sectoral, multi-country, interdepartmental and inter-agency environments. Before joining EIP, she worked in Jordan for the Syria response, and did short deployments in Iraq and Kenya.
Rouchen holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Kent in International Development with International Migration.
