Ingrid Magnusson
Ingrid Magnusson is Senior Programme Manager – European Policy Support and Early Assessment and Action. She oversees the Institute’s engagement with European policy-makers and conflict resolution actors, with operational management of key files connected to European decision-makers. She also manages the Institute’s Early Assessment and Action Programme, which designs and develops new conflict resolution initiatives around the world. She joined EIP in 2016 from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and holds expertise in European foreign policy with a background at the EEAS, and multilateral negotiations for the Government of Sweden in the EU Council. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and is a keen debater and panelist on EU affairs.
