Tamara Noueir
Tamara Noueir joined the European Institute of Peace in May 2026 as a Programme Assistant for the Middle East and Gulf programme,
Prior to joining, she worked as a Research Assistant at the EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) in Paris, where she supported policy analysis on EU external policies with a focus on the MENA region, and worked as a Legal Assistant at Search for Common Ground in Brussels.
Tamara holds a Master’s degree in International Business from KU Leuven, a Master’s in Law from the University of Law in London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester.
She speaks English, French, and Arabic.
