Tereza Grunvaldova

Tereza Grunvaldova is the Programme Manager for the Great Lakes and Southern Africa programme, overseeing and supervising the Institute´s stabilisation programmes in DRC, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi. She joined the Institute in 2022 from other international organisations (Search for Common Ground, People in Need). Tereza has dedicated the past 10 years of her career to working in Asia and Africa, in areas of post-conflict reconstruction, emergency response or stabilisation. She has experience in programme design, management and implementation, with a particular focus on projects in conflict-affected countries. She also spent several years working in Southeast Asia, where she led programmes supporting local civil society organisations. She holds a Master degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Charles University Prague and Diploma Academy Vienna.
